Google Wave Logo

I’ve been playing around with Google wave for the past few weeks, and I just thought that I would share my thoughts on it. I guess my first impression of it was something along the lines of.. well.. total utter confusion really, its such a mashup of so many different things that it’s really quite difficult to explain what it is or does or what it’s purpose it. If I was to describe it in relative terms to other sites, I would describe it as You-Tweet-Face-Mail-Flick-IM-Book, essentially, it feels like Google is just trying to get their piece of the Web 2.0 social networking cake.

So after using it for a while, to be quite honest I still have no idea what I’m doing on it, but for some reason that doesn’t matter as it seems incredibly cool. In order to really test it though, you need all of your friends on there, and for that you need to invite them (as Wave is currently in Beta and works on an invite system similar to that of the Beta GMail launch).

Ok, What this post really boils down to is that I have just got my first batch of 25 invites and I was wondering if anyone wanted one? If you would, please leave a comment!
